PURPOSE:To provide a digital circuit device which can secure the agreement in a short time between the phases of external and internal clocks for restart of the internal clock by using a storage and a D/A converter containing a correcting function. CONSTITUTION:The analog voltage that is generated in relation to the phase difference between the internal and external clocks is stored in a storage circuit 10 after the A/D conversion. The signal stored in the circuit 10 is converted into the analog voltage by a D/A converter 120 containing a correcting function. A voltage control oscillating circuit 17 is controlled by the converted analog voltage. If a clock detecting circuit 21 does not detect the coincidence of phases between the internal and external clocks, the converter 120 carries out no correcting operation. Meanwhile the converter 120 corrects the analog voltage when the coincidence of phases is detected between the internal and external clocks. |
