PURPOSE:To improve the mutual positional precision between electrodes constituting an electrode unit in a flat image display device. CONSTITUTION:The mutual positioning of each electrode 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g is carried out with a recognizing hole 7aa, 7ba, 7ca, 7da, 7ea, 7fa, 7ga formed on each electrode as a standard, whereby each electrode is positioned to have an optimum positional relation. After the positioning, adjacent temporary fixing parts 207a, 207b, 207c, 207d, 207e, 207f, 207g are fixed, and the temporary fixing parts are cut after baking, connecting and fixing, whereby an electrode unit is provided. |
