PURPOSE:To decrease after-images by using a mixture composed of a nonphotosensitive polyimide and a photosensitive high polymer as org. oriented films. CONSTITUTION:The org. oriented films 3 are formed by using the material consisting of the nonphotosensitive polyimide and the photosensitive high polymer. The photosensitive high polymer for the org. oriented films is preferably an amide polymer or amide oligomer, imide polymer or imide oligomer, etc., and the nonphotosensitive polyimide is preferably a polyimide siloxane having imide and siloxane aggregate, polyamideimide having amide and imide skeleton, etc. A residual DC voltage is smaller with the oriented films formed by combining the photosensitive high polymer with the nonphotosensitive polyimide than the oriented film of the nonphotosensitive polyimide having the large residual DC voltage if the residual DC voltage is ascertained by using the org. oriented films formed by combining the photosensitive high polymer with the nonphotosensitive polyimide in order to change the properties of the nonphotosensitive polyimide in such a case. The after-images are thereby decreased. |
