A table, extendable table, having two table boards (table tops) (1) and (4) lying one on top of the other in the basic version, each board (1) and (4) having in each case four table legs (2) and (5) mounted on the underside, is to be designed such that the upper table board (1), together with the legs (2) fastened thereto, can be lifted out from the board (4) of the lower table by means of the milled-in grips (1.1) in the board (1), resulting in two completely separated tables of equal size and same quality. This is achieved in that the table legs (2) of the upper board (1) are inserted through round holes (9) made in the lower table board (4), as shown in the drawing in Fig. 12. <IMAGE>
