A process unit (8) comprising a unit frame (92) having a pair of walls (96, 98) arranged in the direction of width maintaining a distance and a developing device (18) mounted between the pair of side walls (96, 98) of the unit frame (92). The developing device (18) has a toner container (108) that includes a container body (124) having an opening (134) formed in the bottom surface (136) thereof and a sealing member (126) that is peelably stuck to the bottom surface (136) of the container body (124) to close the opening (134). The sealing member (126) has one end (142) to which is coupled a grip member (144) that can be pulled to remove the sealing member (126) from the bottom surface (136) of the container body (124) to open the opening (134). An anchor means (160) is disposed on the wall (158) on one side of the container body (124), so that the grip member (144) is detachably anchored thereto without protruding outwardly in the direction of width but extending along the wall (158) of the one side. An opening (168) and a mounting means (176, 178) are disposed in the wall (98) on one side of the unit frame (92) being juxtaposed to each other, and the grip member (144) is detachably mounted on the mounting means (176, 178) being allowed to protrude partly outwardly through the opening (168).
