The invention relates to a liquid, anti-adhesive, stain-removing, cleaning composition which may be used against animal pollutions and graffitis, and is comprised of 10-55 % of Dowanol<TM> DPM and of 45-90 % of a mixture of carbon-containing solvants. Preferably, the composition comprises 20 % by volume of Dowanol<TM> DPM, 10 % of petrol E, 30 % of petrol F and 40 % of petrol C.
