The track accessing device of a disk driver includes a digital-analog converting part for analog-converting the digital logic result of a track access mode; and a voice-coil type motor driver for driving the head by controlling the voice coil type motor according to the output of the digital-analog converting part, and for outputting and recording the necessary data by shifting the head on the data recording medium driven by the driving motor.
