<p>This device has a cushion member adapted to be compressed resiliently under a load. A case is placed on an upper surface of this cushion member. This case has upper and lower surfaces, and is provided in the upper surface with an opened storage space. In this storage space, water bags made of flexible waterproof sheets in the form of a bag and containing water therein are provided. The cushion member and the case placed thereon are enclosed with an outer cover.</p> |
