The invention relates to an elastic bearing (1), in particular lorry-cab bearing, with hydraulic damping, comprising a) a pot-shaped housing (6) and core (3) consisting of metal and/or a corresponding plastic; b) two chambers (8, 10) filled with fluid, namely a working chamber and a compensation chamber, between which there is arranged a nozzle plate (9), the compensation chamber (10) being enclosed by a bellows (11) consisting of an elastomeric material; c) a compressed-air chamber (12) with filling valve (8), the chamber adjoining the bellows (11) of the compensation chamber (10); and d) an elastic element which consists of rubber or plastic and connects the core (2) to the housing (6), delimiting the working chamber (8) in the process and; e) the elastic element being defined as a pressure-resistant rolling diaphragm (2), it being possible to adjust the working position of the rolling diaphragm by means of the pressure in the compressed-air chamber (12). <IMAGE>
