SYSTEM STRUCTURE AND ITS METHOD TO HOLD DISK UNIT IN COMMON

The system for sharing one hard disc driver with a number of personal computer (DPC;1) includes a block data buffer (3) transferring the file accession instruction of the DPC through a disc controller (2) to a disc driver (5) containing the OS and application programs. In case that the DPC has deleted the file of the disc driver, the DPC reads the BIOS parameter block and FAT of the disc driver to be renewed the file information every time the DPC references the disc driver. Then the hard disc driver is shared with the computers as preventing the FAT collision.
