The method of cleaning articles is applied in the case of materials such as metals, plastics and minerals, with coatings also. This method is based on the use of the cleaning agent in a closed system with high pressures and temperatures, in which the combinations of different physical effects which characterise the system achieve short cleaning times and a high degree of cleaning with low energy consumption without emissions of substances which are harmful to air waste which is especially in need of supervision arising.
