FREE FLOWING EMULSION CONCENTRATE

An emulsion concentrate which is free flowing and pumpable at 20 DEG C and has a high proportion of water-insoluble oil components is obtained if oil components (A), hydrophilic emulsifiers (B) and lipophilic co-emulsifiers (C) are present in the proportions by weight of A : B : C : = 1 : (0.31 - 1.5) : (0.31 - 1.5) and the water content of the concentrate is 50 to 70 wt %. The emulsion concentrates can be further diluted with liquid oil components and water to form oil-in-water emulsions at normal temperature, without the application of heat.
