The rare earth based bonded magnet is prepared by (a) molding and pressing the ribbon powder, and amorphous powder of rare earth based alloy (Nd-Fe-B), (b) hardening the molded body in a vacuum oven, (c) incorporating the mixed solution which is stirred with acetone and the binder including epoxy and curing agent with the ratio of 1 to 1, in 10-3 torr vacuum state, and (d) heating the incorporated body at 120 deg.C for 2 hrs., and hardening it at 150 deg.C for 2 hrs. in a vacuum oven.
