PURPOSE:To mold the end plate to be fixed on the end face of a yoke through press molding for example and to provide a suction valve on the central portion of a diaphragm for reducing weight and setting the flow of fluid to one direction so that compression efficiency is improved. CONSTITUTION:Two coils 2 are fitted in a yoke 1, and a movable device 3 is slidably fitted in the central portion of said yoke 1. Said movable device 3 is made by fixing pole pieces on the both ends of an axially-magnetized permanent magnet 4, and shafts 6 are fixed on the both ends thereof. An end plate 7 can be formed in a bawl shape through press moudling for example, a bearing 8 being provided combinedly therewith at the center thereof, and fixed on the end portion of said yoke 1 to hold the peripheral portion of a diaphragm 9 fixedly. Thereby, weight can be reduced as a whole and assembly works can be decreased considerably. Further, the flow of fluid can be set to one direction by providing a suction valve 16 on the central portion of said diaphragm 9. Thus, compression efficiency can be improved. |
