PURPOSE:To eliminate the deformation of bobbins and achieve the improvement of heat-resisting temperature by using materials commonly used and coating the solution of an alcohol soluble acrylic-polyamide copolymer on the fused layers of bobbins and magnet wires then heating the same to dry. CONSTITUTION:An alcohol reactivated polyamide resin film 2 is formed on the surface of a coil bobbin 1 which uses kraft paper, resin film such as aromatic polyamide or other, an aluminum foil or other. Magnet wires 5 having an alcohol reactivated polyamide resin as a fusion layer 3 and a polyurethane resin film as an insulation layer 4 are wound theron while methanol is being coated with a brush or the like, whereby the voice coil is formed. Over this is then coated the resin solution 6 of an alcohol soluble acrylic-polyamide copolymer with a brush, which is then heated at about 150 deg.C to dry after air drying. Thereby, the deformation of the bobbin may be reduced and the heat-resisting temperature and the durability may be improved. |
