The screened connecting device for installation in a wall or a rack has a supply cable (VC), which is fed on the rear side, and a connecting cable (AC), which leads to an apparatus. Provided for the supply cable (VC) is a strain-relief device (ZV), which is provided with a suitable passage opening, is conductive and is also used for clamping the screen. This strain-relief device (ZV) is constructed in two parts (Z1, Z2) which enclose the supply cable (VC) between them and clamp it firmly. The strain-relief device (ZV) is electrically conductively connected to the housing (GH).
