摘要 PURPOSE:To equalize the stress by providing a load supporting part in the lateral direction and in the torsional direction of the load to be applied to a leaf spring on each end part in the lateral direction of each rigid member which is fixed in an alternate manner with an elastic body to form a plate-shaped spring body to provide sufficient supporting function. CONSTITUTION:Lip parts 22 of approximately semi-disc shape are provided in a projecting manner in the longitudinal direction on each end part in the lateral direction of one end surface 21 of rigid members 2 constituting a plate-shaped spring body by alternately fixing the rigid members 2 to an elastic body 3. One end surface 21 is made flat, and the end surface 23 on the opposite side is formed in the recessed shape whose section is of approximately semi-circular shape, and the elastic body 3 is made of approximately semi-cylindrical body, and the flat surface part 3a and the respective end surfaces 3b are adhered to one end surface 21 of one of the rigid members 2, and the inner surface 22a of the lip part 22. In addition, the projecting surface 3c of the elastic body 3 is adhered to the other end surface 23 of the other rigid member 2 to be fixed to each other, and the load in the width direction or in the torsional direction is applied to the outer circumferential surface 22b of the tip part 22 of one of the rigid members 2 and the other end surface 23 of the other rigid member 2. Thus, the sufficient supporting function is realized and the stresses exerted on the leaf spring can be unified.
