PURPOSE:To generate a weld at a non-pressure resistant position. CONSTITUTION:Molds for molding an inner cylinder have columnar slide cores 1, 2 to be separately axially, and split outer molds 3, 4 to be separated in an axis perpendicular direction. A gate 7 and a runner 8 in which molten resin 6 is cast in a cavity 5 are formed at a lower part of a parting surfaces of the molds 3, 4, and a sprue 9 communicating with the runner 8 is formed at the mold 3. The gate 7 is disposed at a left side position of the cavity 5 separate from a pressure resistant position 18a of an inner cylinder to be formed. |
