发明名称 HOT ROLLING METHOD OF THIN STEEL SHEET
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve quality all over the length of a strip by decreasing the flow rate of the roll coolant water of this finishing mill while the initial part of a skid mark part generated when a slab is heated passes the finishing mill, and cooling the slab. CONSTITUTION:Since the flow rate of the roll coolant water in the finishing mill is reduced during the first skid mark rolling, the temperature (FDT) on the outlet side of the finishing mill can be restrained from reducing. Consequently, the quality all over the length of the strip can be improved. Further, when the flow rate of roll coolant water is decreased while the initial skid mark is rolled, the outlet side temperature (FDT) of the finishing mill can be restrained from reducing, the flow rate is to be within the range of 25-50% at an ordinary time. The flow rate of the roll coolant water is nearly inverse- proportional to the climing rate of its FDT temperature. When the flow rate is <25%, the climing rate of the temperature is high but an influence like pressed roughness etc., is great and when the flow rate is >50% and the climing effect of the temperature is so little that the flow rate of water is desired to be controlled within the range between 25-50%.</p>
