<p>PURPOSE:To easily and positively conduct rear winding of a skin material by energizing to adhere the material to a base material via an assistant sheet, slacking the assistant sheet by a predetermined amount, and continuously transferring to adhere the skin material to a rear surface of the base material. CONSTITUTION:A base material 17 coated on a front surface with an adhesive is set on a base material bearer 6, and a decorating skin 18 is set on the material 17. The air in a sealed box 13 is discharged, an assistant sheet 12 is brought into close contact with an inner surface of the box 13, the box 13 is then moved down, and brought into contact with an airtight sealing material of a base. Then, the air of an outer surface of the sheet 12 is sucked through suction holes 10, 11 to adhere a base material receiver 7 to the material 17, the air is fed into the box 13 to bring the skin 18 into close contact with the material 17 via the sheet 12. Thereafter, a skirt 8 is extended while returning an outer surface of the sheet 12 and the box 13 to a positive pressure. At a moment when the sheet 12 is slacked, the outer surface of the sheet 12 is sucked, the air is fed to the box 13, and the slacked part 12a is retracted to a rear side of the material 17, thereby drawing to adhere the skin 18.</p> |
