PURPOSE:To provide a hydroponic culture method for leaf vegetables to be sold in the form of bundles such as spinach, Brassica rapavar Komatsuna, Brassica campestris L. and a Brassica plant named BEKANA used as pickled vegetable and effective for improving the product quality and the production efficiency and promoting the stable supply of the vegetables. CONSTITUTION:Seed grooves are alternately cut on the top and reverse surfaces of a soft synthetic resin foam mat to form a hydroponic culture mat 3. Seeds are sowed on one surface and sprouted. The mat is torn from the reverse side in the form of square rods and held with holding rods 8, 8' or holding plates and the sprout is grown on a culture bed. |
