PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for cutting raw laver, capable of preventing the clogging of a laver-passing hole with raw laver with a simple structure, keeping high cutting performance over a long period to improve the operation rate, uniformly and finely cutting raw laver and giving cut raw laver having high quality. CONSTITUTION:This raw laver cutting apparatus is provided with a transfer path 9 for raw laver, a rotary blade 14 rotating across the path, a perforated stationary plate 25 placed at the downstream side of the rotary blade 14, a cutting blade placed at the upstream side of the rotary blade 14 and a perforated stationary plate 20 for rough cutting of the laver at the upstream side of the rotary blade 14. The laver-passing hole of the upstream-side perforated plate 20 is made to be larger than that of the downstream-side perforated plate 25. |
