PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of an excision operation by maintaining the observed image in the visual field of an observing means in an easily observable state during the operation to incise the tissue of a lesion by an incising means. CONSTITUTION:This treating means is provided with an incised piece removing means which removes the incised pieces of the biotissue outside the visual field of an optical visual pipe 6 by controlling the operation of a perfusion device 4 according to the driving signal of an electrode 9, thereby changing the fluid supply rate from the perfusion device 4 at the time of the excision operation of the biotissue by the electrode 9. |
