PURPOSE:To manufacture a hand belt in which meandering is not caused by providing a sandwiching part having upper and lower sandwiching parts, a vertically driving part to move the lower sandwiching part vertically and a horizontally driving part to move the sandwiching part horizontally in a device to draw plural moldings simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:When a hand belt 1 is manufactured, a core body 4 on which an unhardened decorative rubber material is placed is arranged in a metal mold 12, and an end part 4a projecting from both left and right side surfaces of the metal mold 12 is placed on a projecting part of a lower sandwiching part 14b arranged below. An air cylinder 23 is driven in this condition, and the lower sandwiching part 14b is raised, and after the end part 4a is fitted in and pressed to a recessed part of an upper sandwiching part 14a, the upper and lower sandwiching parts 14a and 14b are guided by guides 18a and 18b by driving an air cylinder 23, and are moved in the direction for separating from the metal mold 12 integrally with the end part 4a of the core body 4 sandwiched between both sandwiching parts 14a and 14b. Thereby, respective core bodies 4 are drawn by applying tensile force, and are hardened by heating the metal mold 12 after these are drawn. |
