PURPOSE:To prevent an absorption liquid from being crystallized and provide a highly efficient air-conditioner by varying a mean concentration of the absorption liquid circulating a cooling cycle according to change of the external air temperature. CONSTITUTION:When the external air temperature detected by a sensor T5 becomes low, the quantity of refrigerant in a refrigerant tank 18 is decreased by opening a valve V4 and, when the external air temperature becomes high, the quantity of refrigerant in the refrigerant tank 18 is increased by opening a valve V5.
