PURPOSE:To remove contamination due to outgas generating from a powder compacted body during sintering. CONSTITUTION:After batch processes to sinter powder compacted bodies in an atmosphere using one of vacuum, inert gas and rare gas are repeated, a batch process to sinter the compacted bodies in a reducing gas atmosphere is performed. Deposited matter of outgas produced from the powder compacted body is reduced and removed as a gas during sintering in the reducing gas atmosphere. |
