<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring system with superior manipulating convenience, by displaying an image of an object to be measured as well as a window for manipulation in a display area at a part of a display screen, and manipulating the window. CONSTITUTION:A generating part 32 displays a manipulation window and a cursor to manipulate a driving/controlling part 31 on a display screen shown on a CRT display 25. The manipulation window and cursor are formed by a generating part 33 and a generating part 34, respectively. An image photographed by a CCD camera is, simultaneously with the manipulation window and cursor, displayed directly as it is or after being subjected to image processing. Therefore, the display screen on the CRT display 25 displays a work image display area displaying the image photographed by the CCD camera, the manipulation window for manipulation to move a stage, and a coordinate display area displaying coordinates of a currently photographed position at the same time.</p> |
