<p>PURPOSE:To provide a composite card which is high in reliability and excellent in appearance in a good yield by a small number of man-hours by a method wherein the composite card is formed on an integrated substrate under a state wherein a relative position between an IC memory part and an optical memory part is specified. CONSTITUTION:In a composite card having an IC memory and an optical memory, an depressed part burying an IC module in a substrate of the composite card and an irregular pattern giving a preformat to an optical recording layer are simultaneously integrally formed. In the composite card having the IC memory and the optical memory, an IC memory area and an optical memory area are simultaneously integrally formed on the substrate of the composite card.</p> |
