PURPOSE:To provide a method for sufficiently reducing an adhering strength between a base sheet and a synthetic resin laminated film in a process sheet for manufacturing urethane foam. CONSTITUTION:A method for lightly peeling a process sheet 2 for manufacturing urethane foam has the step of forming the sheet of a base sheet 2a and a synthetic resin laminated film layer 2b made of polyolefin laminated on the sheet 2a in a temporarily laminated state. After the sheet 2a and the layer 2b are once peeled, they are again brought into contact with one another to temporarily laminate the sheet 2a and the layer 2b by degassing and static electricity. Thus, an adhesive strength of the sheet 2a to the layer 2b becomes smaller than that of urethane foam generated by foaming polyurethane resin on the layer 2b and the synthetic resin laminated film layer. |
