PURPOSE:To obviate the need for priming operation by a method wherein a connecting circuit communicating with a hot water supply circuit and a bath circuit is provided with a valve for opening and closing the connecting circuit and a check valve for preventing reverse water flow from the bath circuit to the hot water supply circuit and the opening and closing valve is so controlled as to be kept open for a specific time when the bath circuit is primed. CONSTITUTION:When a priming switch 7 of a remote control 6 is depressed, an opening and closing valve 5 provided in a connecting circuit 3 is opened by the signal from a control device 9. In this way priming water is supplied from a hot water supply circuit 1 to a bath circuit 2 for a specific time. At that time, since the connecting circuit 3 is provided with a check valve 4 for preventing reverse water flow from the bath circuit 2 to the hot water supply circuit 1, the reverse flow of hot water is prevented. The bath circuit 2 is also provided with a water flow detector to make a check if there is water in the bath circuit 2 and, if not, a circulating pump 10 is stopped and the opening and closing valve 5 is opened to supply priming water. |
