PURPOSE: To automate a cannelloni production process which is conventionally performed by manual work by electronically controlling the process by a computer. CONSTITUTION: This method includes a process (a) for forming a pasta strand boiled in hot water, process (b) for longitudinally cutting such a pasta stand 11 into plural strips 13 and juxtaposing them, process (c) for processing these strips 13 around a remolding member 16 and premolding curved strips 17 by detaching the longitudinal edges of strips from the longitudinally axial planes of strips, process (d) for placing the curved strips having upward recessed faces on a cannelloni molding belt conveyer 18, and process (e) for conveying the strips 17 on this conveyer belt 18, charging filings 23 into the strips 17 and simultaneously making the strips 17 into tubes by overlapping joints. |
