CONSTITUTION:When welding a coated panel member, first of all, a coating film 22b on the surface of the coated panel member 22, is decomposed and burned by irradiating with a laser beam R or an arc with energy higher than that used at the time of a normal welding. Coated panel members 22 and 24 are welded each other. Welding is continuously performed by a laser beam R or an arc with the normal energy to join the panel members. |
