PURPOSE:To provide a screw fastening tool provided with a slack preventing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A screw fastening tool 60 consists of a head part 6 and a shaft part 62, and three grooves 63 in the radius direction are arranged at equal intervals on the outer circumferential face of the shaft part, 62. In the radius direction groove 63, an area surrounded by an arc of approximately a fourth part of the circumference length and its chord remains, while the other area is notched from the outer circumferential face in the radius direction, and three notched circle parts 64 respectively forming radius directional grooves are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. By means of these grooves, the shaft part 62 can be elastically compressed and deformed, so that it acts as a spring washer. In the central part of the screw fastening tool 60, a female screw hole 65 is provided in a head part, while a through hole 66 is arranged below the female screw hole 65. In this way, the screw fastening tool 60 is used for fixing an upper side pressing member of a wire bonding device, and replacement work of the upper side pressing member is facilitated, so that working time can be shortened. |
