<p>PURPOSE:To ensure that the molten state of a material in the cylinder of a continuous kneader is determined and in turn, an unevenly molten material does not generate. CONSTITUTION:At least, one of cylinder temperature, gate position, material feed amount or number of rotor rotation is controlled to a constant value by detecting sound wave generated from the cylinder 2 of a continuous kneader 1 and ensuring that the detected acoustic information is one generated by the materials kneaded by the cylinder 2 in a molten state. In addition, the molten state is determined by detecting the sound wave generated from the cylinder 2 and detecting the fact that the detected acoustic information is one generated by the materials kneaded in the cylinder 2 in a molten state.</p> |
