PURPOSE:To provide a thin radiation panel and a wall-mounted heater which can be easily mounted on a wall and can prevent cold draft flowing down at a window surface and a wall surface by attaching a heat insulator to a rear side of a panel heat generator receiving power to generate heat, and holding the heater by a frame provided at the rear side. CONSTITUTION:A panel heat generator 1 has, for example, a mixed sheet having carbon fiber and pulp and held between insulating sheets, and generates heat by supplying a current to the sheet via a resistance loss by switching ON. Insulating, heat insulating glass wool 2 is brought into contact with a rear side of the generator 1 through a radiation reflecting aluminum foil 3 and the generator 1 is contained and held together with the wool at a front surface plate 4. A steel plate box 4 is so engaged at a periphery of the plate 4' with a fixed plate 6 having bolt holes 5 at upper and lower parts as to enclose the generator 1, the foil and the wood. |
