PURPOSE:To perform a cab tilt function by a single torsion bar and minimum constituting parts. CONSTITUTION:A torsion bar device 10 is formed such that the grasp part on the one end side of a torsion bar concentrically inserted in a tubular torque tube 15 is fixed to the grasp part on the other end part of the torsion bar is fixed to the other end of the torque tube, a serration tube rotatably fitted externally on the tube end part is provided, upper arms 11 and 12 linked to the cab side are mounted on the two end parts of the torque tube, and a torque tube end at least on the side, to which the grasp part of the torsion bar is fixed, of the arm is fixed is rotatably supported.
