<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic sampling method and device in a control device for monitoring water quality of an anaerobic digestion tank, wherein scattering of samples is avoided at the time of sampling and when a failure of sampling due to clogging of a mud receiving valve has occurred, a countermeasure can be taken immediately. CONSTITUTION:As a mud receiving valve, a motor-operated valve whose degree of opening varies in proportion to the passage of energizing time period is employed and at the time of sampling, after remaining liquid in a mud receiving tank has completely flowed out, a flow operation of sample is started, while the degree of opening of the valve is being controlled, following which a drain valve is closed to conduct a sampling from the mud receiving tank for a predetermined period of time. When a failure in the sampling occurs, the sample is discharged out of the tank and thereafter a sample is taken out of the mud receiving valve again to restart sampling, and if sampling cannot be performed, an abnormal signal is delivered from a controller.</p> |
