PURPOSE:To provide an accumulating type fuel injection device having formation which can surely stop an engine when such a state as a driver does not intend from a systematic point of view occures. CONSTITUTION:An interlocking relay 15 to interlock with a keyswitch 13 is arrangedly provided between discharge control solenoid valves 7a, 7b and a battery 14, and composed of an exciting coil 15a and a switch 15b, which is kept on closing while the key switch 13 is closed. Electric power is therefore supplied to the discharge control solenoid valves 7a, 7b to supply fuel to a common rail. In addition, when the key switch 13 is opened, the switch 15b is opened irrespective of ECU 10, and the supply of electric power to the solenoid valves 7a, 7b is thereby cut off, and a high pressure pump turns into a nondischarging state for stopping the supply of fuel, and even when a command for turning on electricity is issued to injection control solenoid valves 3a to 3d, injection into an engine combustion chamber is stopped. |
