<p>The machine for trimming and shearing metal sheets has a pair of drive rollers (1) which drive the sheet to the shearing blades. These rollers (1) are mounted on tubular shafts (9, 10) which are mounted in bearings (14, 15). - The position of shaft (9) or (10) in its bearing housing (11) is adjusted by means of wedges (16, 17). When the wedges are in their required position they are clamped in that position by means of bolts (20) each of which has a stack of disc springs (22), fitted under its head (21). The bearing housing (11) are U shaped and are fitted with caps (14).</p> |
