Device for adjusting the position between an opening frame or leaf and a fixed frame of the type using a hinge (1) comprising at least one window (2) of substantially polygonal shape, which is intended to allow passage of an operating member (3) fixed so as to pivot, by way of a fixing means, about its axis (4) perpendicular to the axis of the hinge (1), the operating member (3) interacting with the said window (2) so as to adjust the positioning, by displacement of the said hinge (1), when the said operating member (3) is rotationally actuated. The operating member (3) has a polygonal contour, the dimensions of which are sufficient to allow positioning and free rotation inside the window (2) and the axis (4) of the said operating member (3) is off-centre.
