METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FISHCALE STEEL SHEET

摘要

The method improves fishscale resistance of steel plates in wet atmosphere by increasing the precipitates of titanium carbides and titanium nitrides. The method comprises; (A) hot rolling of continuous casting steel with titanium of 0.08-0.15% at 900-950 deg. C; (B) hot rolling at 650 deg. C; (C) cold rolling with 75% cold reduction; and (D) continuous annealing at above recrystallization temperature.
