MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SIDE MIRROR FOR ANTI-WETTING

The side mirror (10) is free from a moisture by sticking a heating element or coating conductive solution on the rear face of it. The method comprises; (i) preparing the conductive paints (16) to form a polymer layer on the carbon black; (ii) coating the rear face (14) of the side mirror (10) with the paints (16) and drying; (iii) forming the heating element by hardening the paints at 120 deg.C for 4 hours; (iv) forming thin copper electrodes (18) at both ends of the heating element and (v) sealing up the heating element with polyester film or epoxy or silicone rubber in order to prevent the permeation of the moisture.
