The subject of the invention is a commissioning system for pharmacy products, with at least one shelf wall (2) which defines a longitudinal direction and which has a multiplicity of sorting compartments (5) oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction and open or openable on the front side, the said commissioning system being characterised in that there is provided on the front side of the shelf wall (2) a motor-driven and computer-controlled gripping and collecting device (6) which is movable both in the longitudinal direction and vertically and can be advanced to the sorting compartments (5) in the transverse direction, and in that single pharmacy products (7) or a predetermined group (order sorted complete) of pharmacy products (7) is or are extracted automatically by means of the gripping and collecting device (6) from the respective sorting compartment or sorting compartments (5) and transported to a delivery station. The gripping and collecting device (6) can appropriately also be supplied for double utilisation from the rear side of the shelf wall (2) for a refilling feed with pharmacy products (7).
