The invention relates to sorbents based on hydroxyl group containing base carriers for affinity chromatography on the surface of which polymers are covalently bonded, in which a) the substrate contains aliphatic hydroxyl groups, b) the covalently bonded polymers are bonded to the base carrier via a final-position monomer unit, c) the polymers contain monomer units of formula (II), d) the monomer units are linearly linked. In formula (II), R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are independently H or CH3, R<4> is H, C1-C5 alkyl or C6-C12 aryl, n is an integer from 1 to 5, and one of the radicals X is OH and the other is a nucleoside-containing radical. Their production and use, especially for affinity chromatography, are also disclosed. |
