Wave-shape circuit with feedback circuit for adjusting a centre voltage value of an alternating-current signal

A wave-shape circuit is provided which converts an alternating-current input signal into a pulse signal. The wave-shape circuit comprises a level-setting circuit which can integrate the alternating-current input signal in order to determine a centre level of the amplitude in order to set the centre level to a following reference level by means of a feedback loop. This compensates for the change in the centre level of the amplitude of the alternating-current input signal which is generated by different noise components contained in the signal.
