Bathtub seat lift

The bathtub seat lift has a standing frame (2) possessing suckers (1). In both sides of the standing frame (2) there are arranged in each case two connecting rods (4, 5) which are pivotably connected to the standing frame (2) and a seat (3) and carry the seat (3) in vertically movable fashion. At least one, preferably two, gas compression springs (6), arranged in both sides of the standing frame (2) are held in demountable and fixable fashion by one longitudinal end in the standing frame (2) and are held adjustably by the other longitudinal end on a respective connecting rod (5). Between two connecting rods (5) and the standing frame (2) there is provided a locking device (9, 10) for the lowered seat (3), which locking device can be set free by a releasing bow (8) arranged in a backrest (7). <IMAGE>
