This invention is an internal ring releasing device (10) including a housing (12), a cylindrical adaptor (16) at one end, piston (18) within the housing and a primary insert (20) in the other end of the housing (12). The piston (18) includes a constriction ring groove (36) for holding a constriction ring (38). The piston (18) is caused to move from a load position with a constriction ring (38) to an unload position where the constriction ring (38) slides off around the base of an erect penis.
