ELECTRODE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OXYGEN SENSOR

The method improves productivity of oxygen sensor by coating the inside and outside surface of the sintered body with platinum. The oxygen sensor is manufactured by forming platium layers on the inside and outside of solid electrolyte (1) by sputtering, after placing an anode of solid electrolyte (1) between a plate-shape cathode (4) and a core-shape cathode (5).
