The side boards, which are fixed to the weather board, have a condensate channel (6) and have outward downward slopes, so that the condensate water can run-off. Between the window (7) and the weather board (1) are openings (8), so that the condensate groove (2) on the weather board empties outwards. The condensate channel (2) runs backwards and upwards at an angle to the weather board (1), whereby the condensate water is directed out along the length of the board.
