The method provides a compensation circuit for wireless communication system caused by thermal interference. The method comprises: the power coupler detecting power from the power amplifier; the power detector employing a converting diode for converting the power coupler output to voltage; the control voltage generator for providing the multiple reference voltage; and the comparator for controlling the power amplifier output according to the result of the multiple reference circuit.
